semalam jgak… gi kenduri.. hehe.. ade jumpe mudir=pengetua skola.. hahaha… mmg beliau pun yang ajak ayahku gi… aku ikut jaa.. hehehe.. hari ni buat otai tak gi skolah! haha… aler.. actually my eldest sis said nak gi check mata… itu halnya pasal aku lagi tanak gi skolah! hahah… aku nak gi cari ubat baru tuk mata aku gak! hihihihi… lagiplak klo aku gi skola ngan mata lagu ni, karang derang duk ngate mata aku je… hisy… bimbang jangkit la dan macam2 lagik. sewabut gak aku. hahahah.. sorry to say that i’m sewabut, =P . duk bimbang jangkit… bukannya do’akan aku cepat sembuh dan biar tak jangkit.. heheh.. xpatot kan?? sape stuju,beri komen.. =P (macam ade je orang bace ape aku merapu neh)

Ali is a good student in primary
                    school. His teacher and his friends like him very much. He’s
                    always organized, and He respects his mother, father and those
                    older than himself. But Ali over-reacts to things that happen
                    to him and worries about things that have not happened. For
                    example, when there are going to be exams at school, he’s
                    always afraid of getting a bad mark, and even though he studies
                    hard for them, he worries himself sick. This often makes it
                    hard for him to concentrate, and sometimes he has even given
                    wrong answers to the questions he actually knows perfectly

One day, while returning home
                    from school, Ali was very happy and, as always, excited. When
                    he reached his home, his mother was preparing dinner in the
                    kitchen. He immediately started to tell his mother what had

"Mom," he said excitedly: "We’re
                    going on a school picnic at the week-end. We’re going to have
                    good food, play ball, go hiking, sing songs and play games.
                    Isn’t that great?"

                  

"Yes, Ali, that’s very good
                    news," smiled his mother. "Come now, wash your hands and start
                    your homework."

                  

Ali did what his mother told
                    him. He washed his hands and face, and started his homework.
                    But he was still excited. He was thinking about how much fun
                    they were going to have on the picnic. Suddenly, a thought
                    occurred to him. He thought: "What if I’m sick at the week-end?
                    Then I won’t be able go on the picnic. I will have to stay
                    home in bed while my friends are all playing ball." All at
                    once he became depressed. All his joy vanished. While he was
                    doing his homework he began to think.

                  

Towards dinner time, Ali’s father
                    came home. Ali’s mother called them to dinner. They all sat
                    down at the table together. Ali was silent and gloomy because
                    of the bad thoughts in his mind. His mother was very surprised
                    at this change in him. Ali’s father also noticed how gloomy
                    he was. As always, they began to have a conversation.

                  
                  

                   
                     

                   

                  

                  "What you did in school today?" asked his
                  father.

                  

"We learned some new things,
                    Dad," answered Ali: "In math class I went up to the blackboard
                    and solved the problems the teacher gave us."

                  

"Aren’t you going to tell your
                    father the good news you got today, Ali?" his mother asked.
                  

                  

"We’re going on a picnic on
                    the week-end, Dad."

                  

"That’s good news, Ali," his
                    father smiled, "But you don’t seem too happy about it."

                  

His mother added: "You were
                    really happy when you came from school, but now you look sad."

                  

Ali answered, "Yes, I was happy,
                    but then I had a thought that depressed me."

                  

"Why are you depressed, Ali?"
                    asked his father.

                  

Ali told him, "If I get sick
                    at the week-end, and can’t go to the picnic, I’ll be so unhappy."

                  

                   
                     

                   

                  

                  

His mother tried to reassure
                    him: "Ali, you are not sick right now, and we can’t know what’s
                    going to happen later. Is it right for you to be sad about
                    something that may or may not happen?"

                  

His father added: "Look Ali, it’s because Satan
has put these bad thoughts into you head that you’re upset about things that haven’t
happened yet. This is called being apprehensive. All bad thoughts that come into
our mind, or all the anxieties we sense in our hearts, are worries sent by Satan.
Allah tells us in the Qur’an what we should do when this happens: ‘If
an evil impulse from Satan provokes you, seek refuge in Allah. He is All-Hearing,
All-Seeing.’ (Surat al-A’raf: 200)"

                  

"Ali,"
                    said his mother, "When these bad thoughts come into your mind,
                    turn to Allah right away and pray."

                  

His father went on: "Allah has
                    determined beforehand everything that happens to us in our
                    lives. And He wills the best for us at all times. If you can’t
                    go to the picnic, be sure that this is the best thing for
                    you. Some people forget that there is good in everything,
                    and get depressed because of some events that happen to them.
                    But it may be that Allah has actually protected them from
                    something worse. But they don’t think this way, so they are
                    always anxious and depressed."

                  

Ali nodded: "Yes, I understand
                    very well, now. From now on, when bad thoughts come to my
                    mind, I will turn to Allah right away and thank Him for giving
                    me the best of everything."

Your parent prepares your
                    meal everyday and brings it to the table. There are different
                    types of vegetables and fruit on the table. Well, did you
                    ever wonder where they all come from?

                  

All plants, flowers, fruit
                    and vegetables grow in dark soil. So, how do beautifully scented
                    red roses or strawberries, or wonderfully scented, water-filled
                    yellow lemons emerge from the dark soil, which does not smell
                    so good?

                  

Each
                    plant, vegetable, flower and fruit has different smells, colours
                    and tastes. Apricots, peaches, watermelons, oranges, cherries,
                    strawberries, bananas, grapes, and figs have each different
                    taste, smell and shape. Allah has created them all for us.
                    All of them are delicious, and at the same time, have the
                    vitamins and the minerals that are essential for us. There
                    are different fruits for winter and summer, each one meeting
                    our needs. The oranges, tangerines and grapefruits, for instance,
                    that come out in winter have an abundance of vitamin C. Vitamin
                    C increases the strength of our body against the winter’s
                    cold. During the summer, juicy fruits such as watermelons,
                    cherries, cantaloupe and peaches come out. In the summer,
                    the weather becomes hot, causing our bodies to lose water,
                    and we are able to replace this water with the help of these
                    fruits.

                  

None of these have happened
                    by accident. The watermelon hasn’t decided by itself, all
                    of a sudden, to emerge during the summer. Neither did the
                    tastes and smells of all of these fruits just happen. No fruit
                    could decide its scent. Could an orange, for instance, decide,
                    "let my scent be this", "let my colour be orange", "let me
                    be sweet", "let me shield my pieces with a cover" and "let
                    me divide into slices, so that people can eat me with ease"?
                   

                  

Of course not!

                  

Allah creates fruit for
                    people with such features that are more beneficial for them,
                    so that they will continue to be strong and healthy, and enjoy
                    the fruit they eat. For this reason, when we eat something
                    we like, we must never forget that Allah created it and gave
                    it to us. We must thank Allah for the beautiful things that
                    He has given us and shown us.

No
                    other animal is as pleasant and friendly towards human beings
                    as are dolphins. Their docility and friendly manners are obvious
                    from their faces.
                  

During delivery, first the tail, then the body
                    and finally the head of the baby dolphin appear. In order
                    to feed it, the mother dolphin contracts and loosens her milk
                    glands, thereby spraying her milk into its mouth. You can
                    compare this to squeezing a plastic bottle with your hands
                    to spurt out the milk it contains.

                  

Mammals
                    do not need this spraying system to nurse their young. However,
                    such a method is essential in water. Could the mother dolphin
                    herself think up and develop such a system? Could it be possible
                    that she felt the necessity for such a system and supplemented
                    her milk glands with muscles? As you can imagine, this is
                    implausible! As we stressed earlier, Allah created the body
                    of the mother dolphin in a manner that is extraordinarily
                    suitable for the baby dolphin’s needs.

                  

The respiratory system of the dolphin is also
                    similar to that of human beings. Yet, unlike human beings,
                    its nostrils are not in the middle of its face but on the
                    top of its head. Like human beings, dolphins, too, inhale
                    air before they dive under water and they retain it in their
                    lungs and then dive. While they rise from deep underwater,
                    just a few metres before they surface, they will breathe this
                    air out forcefully through their blowhole.

                  

You
                    have probably seen on TV how effortlessly dolphins swim in
                    water and even race with ships. They are perfect swimmers.
                    Their smooth slippery skin is the most important reason why
                    they are able to swim so perfectly. These features help them
                    to glide through water and swim very fast. Another feature
                    enabling the dolphin to swim fast is its nose, which is called
                    a snout. A dolphin’s snout has the most appropriate shape
                    for fast swimming and has even served as a model for the design
                    of ships. Thanks to this feature, our ships sail faster today
                    than previously.

                  

Do you know that dolphins are bereft of a sense
                    of smell and that they are blind? However, Allah has granted
                    them a very advanced sense of hearing. Dolphins can hear sounds
                    from kilometres away. In addition to that, by means of a system
                    existing in their body that resembles an apparatus used in
                    submarines called "sonar", they can easily find their way
                    and determine their prey’s location. This system operates
                    as follows: The sounds produced by the dolphin, which are
                    inaudible to the human ear, spread in the form of underwater
                    sound waves. When these sound waves meet a barrier, they hit
                    it and bounce back. The time taken for the sound to strike
                    a fish or a rock and bounce back shows the distance of the
                    prey or the barrier. This system of dolphins inspired scientists
                    to develop the sonar systems used in submarines.

                  

The dolphin’s strong sense of hearing protects
                    it from falling prey to other fish in the ocean. .
